  1.                   The ShareWorld Questionnaire - Issue Four.

  3. This  questionnaire  is to give an indication of what's proving popular in the
  4. magazine.  Along  with  aiding  the magazine's direction, it's also to let the
  5. contributors know there's people out there enjoying their work (or otherwise.)
  6. It may be the only feedback they get - so fill it in!
  7.  
  8. You  should be able to find the questionnaire in ASCII format on Disk A of the
  9. magazine.  If  it's  not  there  then  you can save it to disk from within the
  10. magazine. Just use the menu options.
  11.  
  12. Edit  this  form  and send it in on paper or disk to Carl Read, CyberCraft, PO
  13. Box  4032  Mayfair,  Hastings 4201, NEW ZEALAND. Place one of the following in
  14. the boxes at the start of the contribution titles...
